Starting from September 1, 2012 the State Inspectorate of Ukraine for Land Transport Safety (Ukrtransinspektsiya) starts providing administrative services, including the permits issuance for trips through the territories of foreign countries during occasional cross-border transportations of passengers and transportations of goods in international connection.

Taking into account the above mentioned, please, find attached in annex an example of the stamp of the officer of the Ukrtransinspektsiya which will be marked since September 1, 2012 on the foreign permit blanks for international road transportations of passengers and goods.

Meanwhile be informed that the blanks of foreign permits issued to the Ukrainian carriers till September 1, 2012 with the stamp of the State Enterprise "International Road Transport Service" are legitimate.
