The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has published the "Voluntary Report on International Humanitarian Law" (IHL). Therefore, this Report presents an overview of the activities undertaken within the MoDU regarding competence and responsibility for the IHL implementation in national legislation, compliance with IHL and IHL dissemination.

The Voluntary Report was successfully presented to the international community at the 34th International Conference of the Red Cross and Red Crescent—one of the largest humanitarian platforms.

The MoDU's "Voluntary Report on IHL" is available in both English and Ukrainian.
